Friday evening kicks off with a musical performance and will offer the first peek into holiday vendors and their wares. Saturday and Sunday will feature our indoor shopping market and outdoor Countryside Christmas Tours, as well as hot food and wine tastings hosted by Long Cliff Winery. Hop on a carriage ride around the historic village and stop in Sunday forBreakfast with Santa.
Countryside Christmas Tours
Countryside Christmas Tours will give visitors a glimpse into an 1850s Christmas with an emphasis on German American Christmas traditions. Visitors will be guided through the Village to different stops along the grounds to admire the decorations and interact with the villagers as they go about their Christmas festivities. Enjoy some warm apple cider while a Christmas Day feast is prepared right in front of you! Kids will love hearing about St. Nick and learning how different 19th century Christmas was from what they look forward to every year today.
Each tour is approximately an hour long. Tours start at 12:00 and run every half hour until 3:30.
