Bastille Day Chicago is July 13 from 5-10:30pm at Lycee Francais de Chicago at Polk Bros. Park at Navy Pier. Picnic, fireworks, waiter race with a tray, Irving Singers, Children’s corner. Sounds fun!
6-8pm – Children’s Corner- face painting, cupcake decoration, bubble show, summer games, cotton candy
7:15 to 7:35 and 8:15 to 8:35 – The Irving Singers jazz trio
7 to 9pm – Waiter Race – run as face as you can balancing a try. For all ages, anyone can enter
6-9pm- DJ Mwelwalle
6-10pm – Bring a picnic – vendors will be selling crepes, wine and beer (but no outside alcoholic beverages)
6-10pm- Petanque – classic French sport – volunteers will show you how to play
10:15pm – Fireworks
