Chicago Halloween Parade – Arts in the Dark is on October 19 from 6-8pm on State Street from Lake Street to Van Buren. Features live music, unique floats and giant puppets.

Following the parade, Maggie Daley Park at 337 E. Randolph Street will host an After Party with live DJs, sideshow characters, stilt walkers, performance artists and more. Open to kids ages 6 months to 12 years old.
