Cancelled-Chicago’s St. Patrick Day’s  Parade is March 14 at Noon starting at Balbo and Columbus, goes north on Columbus with the viewing stand in front of Buckingham Fountain in Grant Park.

Dying of the Chicago River starts at 8:30am at Michigan and Wacker Ave.
