NYS Maple Weekend is from 10am to 4pm on March 21-22 and 28-29, 2020 at various places in WNY. Beyond maple products, you can see sap collecting and processing and pancake breakfasts.

Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village– 3755 Tonawanda Creek Road, Amherst, NY. March 21-22 and 28-29. Pancake Breakfast from 10am to Noon. Call 689-1440.Maple Festival offers a pancake breakfast and educational programming featuring a special maple sugaring exhibit, hands-on tree tapping station, maple science demonstrations, a traditional sugar shack and sugar arch in our Historic Village, historic cooking and sugaring demonstrations by costumed historic interpreters, heritage craft demonstration . $14 for adults, $12 for children.

During the Maple Sugar Festival at Genesee Country Village, 19th century interpreters showcase sap boiling, candle-making, coopering, a replica sugar shack from the 1800’s and much more!
