Enjoy a truly unique experience making cheese alongside a historic cook in the Jones Farmhouse. Using 19th-century cheese-making techniques, participants will understand the hard work and patience it took to make a staple of the 19th-century diet.
As part of this class, you will make a hearty noon meal of handmade biscuits and soup. Participants will also work together to churn their own butter to top off the meal.
