May 23- 11:30pm – Plogging Run- Sign Up – FREE-Plogging is an activity started in Sweden where runners pick up trash while jogging along a designated route. They will do a 3 mile plogging run around the streets of Buffalo lead by the Urban Runners. In addition, a two mile walk will occur focused on cigarette butts lead by Tobacco Free WNY.All runners, joggers and walkers are welcome to Plog!
No experience required. We will provide the garbage bags and gloves to all runners.
After the run, a post run party will take place in the Entertainment District.
