Best Places To go for a Walk in Buffalo, NY. Given that almost everything is closed, this is a great time to chill and go for a walk. All State Park programs are cancelled until the end of April. However, the parks are open.

At Niagara Falls, parking and entrance is free. Terrapin Point and Luna Island are open. No one in their office.
