- If tickets were purchased with a credit card (online, by phone or at the Bisons’ Ticket Office), you do not have to do anything., they will be automatically refunded and there is no further action needed. You will be automatically refunded by Wednesday, August 5th. Please note that it will take 2-5 business days for this refund to show up on your account.
- If you purchased your tickets at the Bisons’ Ticket Office with either cash or a check, you will need to bring your tickets back to the Ticket Office to get your refund. Due to the ongoing pandemic and the availability of Sahlen Field, the Ticket Office will be open limited hours for the near future. These dates/times are as follows: Wed-Fri August 19-21, Wed-Fri Sep 2-4, and Wed-Fri Sep 16-18. Hours will be 12 noon – 4 pm on all of these dates.”
- If you purchased your tickets through a third party source (eg. Stubhub, SeatGeek, Vivid Seats), you must contact the company that you purchased the tickets from. Your refund is not available through the Bisons’ or tickets.com.
