Meet at Humphrey Nature Center. (2 miles)
June 3- 10am to 2pm- For those who enjoy the demand of a longer hike, we will traverse the length of Letchworth in 5 segments. During the span of these hikes we will enjoy the three canyons of Letchworth as well as trails along the middle section of the park, an interglacial valley. Bring a lunch. Will carpool. Enjoy views of the three main waterfalls of the Portage Canyon. Meet at Lower Falls Restaurant Parking Area. (3+ miles)
June 6– 1-2pm.Family Friendly Dragon Hunting- Meet at Trout Pond.
June 7-5:30am to 3pmBirding at Letchworth with Rochester Birding Assoc.Carpool through the park on east or west sides of the river visiting many different habitats that will enable observers to locate over 75 species of birds. Co-sponsored by the Rochester Birding Association. Meet at Mt. Morris Dam Snack Bar.
June 8 – 10:30am to 11:30am – Knee High Naturalist-Ages 3 to 6. Storybory reading, craft and short walk. Register at 585-493-3680. Meet at Humphrey Nature Center.
