Chicago Halloween Parade – Arts in the Dark is on October 20 from 6-8pm on State Street from Lake Street to Van Buren. Features live music, unique floats and giant puppets.

Following the parade, Millennium Park will host an After Party with live DJs, sideshow characters, stilt walkers, performance artists and more
