Buffalo Central Library  FREE Family Festival on October 28 from 12:30 to 5pm outside the Central Library at 1 Lafayette Square. It’s a new Reading Park. Features Hip Hop dancers, The Hill Brothers, Music by Kevin McCarthy, Petting Zoo, Latin Musicians – Son Boricua, R&B from Taylor Made Jazz.
