North Country Trail in Allegheny National Forest
MEET: at NCT crossing at PA 346 (W. Washington). The hike will start in the parking lot of the FLT western terminus on PA 346. Our North to South hike will mainly be on the ridge of the Allegheny Reservoir with great views to the west. On the NCT we will cover mile marks PA 280 to 274. This will take us through to Johnnycake Run. We will loop back to Tracy Run Trail and back to the NCT. Heading North will bring us back to PA 346 and our cars.
