Crystal Fest- Gem, Mineral and Fossil Show is April 18, 2021. April 18 from 10am to 4pm. Admission is $3 for adults and free for kids 12 and under and scouts in uniform free with adult. 100 Nasser Civic Center, Corning, NY. Having gone Saturday, it was great.
Great time to take in the show and visit the Corning Glass Museum. Kids 17 and under are free at the Corning Museum, adults are $20. The rock show has 8 vendors so not as big as the Hamburg show. Corning and the show would be great for a family.
Also, if you take 20A to 390- you will be passing Letchworth State Park and Mt. Morris dam both of which are worth taking in.
It is about 2 hrs from Buffalo
ALERT- if you take Route 390- when you get to signs for Cohocton – there is a speed trap there and a policeman sits there waiting for speeders. Coming back look for signs for Loon Lake then slow down.
