LOW COST VET CARE

SPCA’s Lipsey Clinic – low cost veterinary care for dogs and cats. Based on what you can afford. Located at 300 Harlem Road in West Seneca. Thanks for the Lipsey’s who donated $1.3 million to start the pracice.  Open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for appointments offering basic care, nail trimming, flea preventatives and dental procedures. Surgeries sucvh as spaying and neutering are on Tuesdays and thursdays. They do not treat emergency or chronic conditions.
