Halloween Trick or Treat at Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village is October 18-19 for kids 3-12. FREE  Trick or treat bag, treats at the buildings and free snacks and refreshments.  Kids trick or treat throughout the historic village. Children 12 and under are $8, adults are $5.
