Rochester Lilac Festival is May 18-19 from 10:30am to 8:30pm daily. FREE. Features blooming lilacs on rolling hills plus live music, Bloody Mary expo, Wine tasting, art and craft show, lilac parade on May 11, Donut dash, Garden Battles, and a craft beer garden. Plus, there is a children’s entertainment stage. Held at Highland Park, Rochester, NY

Lilac Run – 5K and 10K – Walk -Run – May 19– $28 to $40
Bloody Mary Expo– May 19 – Noon to 3pm- Tickets are $35.
Dunkin’ Dash- May 19 at 11am- race half mil to the donut holes pit stop where you can eat a dozen holes and then race back to finish line. You get a t-shirt and the donut holes. Register – $10-15
