The Rochester Marathon Weekend is September 21-22 with a new scenic course with views along the Genesee River. There is a marathon, half marathon, marathon rely, wheelchair marathon and half marathon, Rochester 5k, kids marathon.
It is a qualifier for the Boston Marathon with USATF certified courses. The Entry Fee for the full marathon is $110 and half marathon is $100.
The first day of the event includes the final 1.2 miles of the Kid’s Marathon Program (that kicks off on Sunday, August 18th) and the Rochester 5K, which begins at Frontier Field and brings runners through the historic High Falls District before bringing them onto the Inner Loop and finishing back at Frontier Field.
The second day includes a Half Marathon (13.1 Mile), a Full Marathon (26.2 Mile) and a Marathon Relay. It features a beautiful, scenic course that captures highlights of our great City of Rochester.
