Village Halloween Parade is October 31  at 7pm and is SOOO much FUN! Check it out with 50,000 other folks. Features puppets, 35 bands, dancers, artists and those in costume. For only those in costume, 6th Avenue at  Canal Street between 6:30 and 8:30pm. Theme  this year is I AM ROBOT.
