Erie County Restaurants have been given the green light to open indoors with some caveats- four to a table, masks, reduction is overall capacity, open only to 10pm and 50% capacity. Historically the restaurants accounted for 1.4% covid cases, while currently the overall rate is 10%.
However, there is another hearing on January 19th so some or all may be closed indoors again.

Also, NOTE Saturday the Bills football starts at 8:15pm so will be going on after 10pm when establishments can no longer serve food and alcohol. We have phoned the county and they have indicated that the establishments have to close then.
