Suncliff was bought in 2017 for $1.4 Million from the Diocese of Buffalo. It has 27,000 square feet and was built in 1914 as a summer residence for the Hans Schmidt Family, know for their tanning business. It has great views of Lake Erie and sits up on steep cliffs. Dr. David Johnson of Kenmore and Brenda and Ronald Shaw are now the owners.
The views are terrific, the service is great and the food is so-so. But, worth the drive.
