FREE. All City Jazz Band Festival is May 12 starting at 9am and runs all day. The Jazz Institute of Chicago partners with Chicago Public Schools Department of Arts Education to present the All City Jazz Band Festival.Best Elementary and High School jazz ensembles and combos compete for a slot at the Chicago Jazz Festival.
