Chicago Whiskey & Wine Festival is February 23, 2019 with two sessions- Noon to 3pm and 4:30 to 7:30pm. VIP Tickets available from 3:30 to 7:30pm for $45- others are sold out. Held at Old Crow at 3506 N. Clark Street.
