Elmwood Art Festival Permanently Ended and according to Joe DipPasaquale it had become difficult to find quality local artists to participate (and pay their huge fees) and environmental groups struggled to staff booths (is that a reason to cancel). We have also heard that the person managing the artists was difficult to work with…so between the cost and hassle, a number of artists took a pass. Also, many organizations are struggling because people are not stepping out into management roles.
