Kenmore Halloween Spooktacular Parade is October 31 at 5:30pm at 2919 Delware Ave. on the corner of Wardman Ave and Delaware ROAD and ends at the Kenmore Fire Dept., 16 Nash Road, Kids get donuts and cider and a treat bag.
