New Covid Restrictions in Erie County effective November 13, 2020 as contract tracing has identified house parties, gyms, restaurants and bars as the main spreaders of the virus. On Tuesday, November 11, the positive covid rate was 8.12% (vs. the state with 2.93%) with 7 day rate at 6.55%. Not good as the traditional flu season hasn’t even arrived.
Bars, restaurants and gyms must close at 10pm but restaurants can offer curb side take-out (food only) after 10pm.
Home gatherings should be no more than 10 people unless the household consists of more than 10 people.
