Beware of Ordering Clothes from Holapick- Poor Quality, Only Offer Half or Less of Refund. Ordered $100 worth of clothing from them. Website and Advertising for clothing was excellent. The quality of the merchandise on their website does not even closely resemble what you receive. See thru material, iron on decals, gaudy buttons, etc.
You contact them via email that they provide on their website. No response.So, you return it to the address on the shipping label. When they eventually do email you, when you click reply -it doesn’t go to them, it comes back to yourself. Thereby saying they never got your email. So, make sure you use their email address each time and do not use reply.
Then eventually you get an email saying they will only refund half your money after acknowledging they got the items. And, in the end I didn’t receive any refund and was out $100.
SO, check out reviews and return policy – no address for refund–we recommend you beware.
