The Brooklyn Folk Festival is April 5-7 features 30 bands, workshops, family friendly square dance, film screenings and the famous Banjo Toss contest. The festival features old time string-band music, folk, Zydeco, blues, song writers, jug band, bluegrass, traditional Indondesian and Balkan music. Tickets are $25 and kids 6-12 are 1/2 price and 5 and under are free.
