Buffalo Eggfest at Silo City is June 4, 2022 from 11am to 3:30pm at 50 Elk Street. Tickets are $20 and include sampling of food cooked on the Big Green Egg.
Egghead chefs showcase their skills and share culinary creations all cooked on the Big Green EGG. Tasters enjoy samples of the unique recipes as well as Pizza, Appetizer and even Desserts! EGGfests are the ideal opportunity for current EGG owners to enhance their skills as well as for beginners to learn more about the EGGsperience.
What is an EGG- is is basically a grill. You pay to watch them demo the grill–but at least you get to eat some of the food they cook. And these baby’s aren’t cheap – $600 for a 13 inch small charcoal grill, $750 for a 15 inch and $1000 for an 18 inch.
