FREE.Chicago Kids and Kites Festival is May 4, 2019 from 10am to 4pm. Bring your kid(s) and head for Cricket Hill in Lincoln Park where there will be free kits for children to design and create their own kite. Plus face painting, arts and crafts and see large form kites.
