  • Adult Chair Yoga – Mondays, May 11 and 18 at 1 PM- Yoga in a chair?! Yes! You don’t need to get down on the floor to experience the benefits of yoga. This class will include both seated postures and standing postures that use a chair for support. All fitness levels are welcome. A yoga mat to place under the chair is recommended.   • Writing Workshop – Thursday, May 21 at 1 PM. Led by author Wende Essrow, this is a creative writing workship for anyone interested in gather and writing on a suggested topic and sharing their stories with the group.
