FREE. Fitness in the Parks in July and August 25, 2018 and is sponsored by Independent Health. Here are the locations in 23 parks.  They are 60 minutes led by YMCA certified instructors. No registration required, just show up. Learn more.

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga.

HIIT is  short, intense, unsustainable bursts of physical activity, paired with intervals of quick rests.  This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
