Flat 12 Mushrooms currently only sells wholesale to restaurants and Lexington Coop and is growing oyster, shiitake and lion’s mane mushrooms. However, they are moving to a new location on 27-37 Chandler Street at Rocco Termini’s in 2019 and will have mushrooms for retail sale.
They harvest 200 pounds a week in 63 degree conditiions with 95% humidity with 18 hours of light. Questions – call 903-5098.
