The ensemble focuses on both vocal technique and instrumentalism, exploring various stylistic features, compositional forms, improvisational practices and performance conventions specific to India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and other South Asian diasporas.
