There are beautiful hiking trails in Western NY… Letchworth, “the Grand Canyon of the East”,  trails along Niagara Falls, Riverwalk along the Niagara River, Zoar Valley  and Eternal Flame Falls in Orchard Park at Chestnut Ridge and Reinstein.  And, other than the state parks that charge admission during the summer, most of them are FREE. Plus, White Water Walk in Canada.
