Star of Bethlehem thought to be the Conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn will occur, for the first time in 800 years, on December 21 – look west 45 minutes after sunset close to the horizon- the moon will be higher in the sky. It is the start of the winter solstice which is the longest night of the year in the northern hemisphere.
