Rental and Utility Assistance for Renters and Small Businesses from NY State– Applications Opened June 1, 2021. The state is providing $3.5 Billion for those affected by the Covid pandemic. Provides assistance with up to 12 months of past-due rent, three months of prospective rental assistance and 12 month of utility arrears regardless of immigration status.
