Seneca One hosts evening runs from the base of the tower every other Wednesday at 6pm.
Wrap up your run in downtown Buffalo at Main Street and Seneca Street and enter the tower at the West Entrance doors to registration. Follow the escalator up to the lobby and enjoy cocktails and bites at the lobby bar.
