Western New York as of June 16 is in Phase 3 which includes Indoor Dining, Massages, Nail Salons, Tattoo Parlors, Spas, Tanning. But, indoor dining is limited to no more than 50% capacity with 6 feet between individuals, except during services. Face masks must be used by employees and customers.
As for community pools and playgrounds, Cuomo says local governments will decide when to open.
That leaves Phase 4 which includes education, arts, entertainment and recreation.
