Pride Week is June 14-24 with the Parade March on June 24  at noon down 5th Avenue, an afternoon PrideFest fair on University Place between 13th Street and Waverly Place.

Staten Island PrideFest

May 11–19
Getting a jump on the traditional Pride month, Staten Island’s PrideFest celebrates 14 years with a full week of events in May, including a 5K fun run, a Sober Coffee House and a Youth Prom at the Greenbelt Nature Center. The week ends with an afternoon festival on the grounds of the Snug Harbor Cultural Center & Botanical Garden featuring live music, drag performers, food trucks, craft vendors and plenty of activities for folks of all ages.

Queens Pride

Sunday, June 3
Pride month kicks off in the heart of Queens with this annual parade down 37th Avenue in Jackson Heights, followed by an afternoon street festival in the neighborhood that features music, drag performances and local cuisine.

5K Pride Run

Saturday, June 9
Sign up for a 5K run through scenic Prospect Park to celebrate Pride, diversity and inclusion. For the second year, this event has a transgender/gender nonconforming category for runners who do not fall into the male and female categories.

Brooklyn Twilight Parade

Saturday, June 9
The borough puts its own twist on its pride parade with a march starting at dusk through the streets of Park Slope.

Pride Luminaries Brunch

Sunday, June 17
The National LGBT Chamber of Commerce hosts the Pride Luminaries Brunch as part of the City’s Pride festivities in June. This annual event celebrates local business leaders and the impact they have made on their queer communities. Proceeds from the event will benefit NYC Pride and planning for the World Pride 2019 and Stonewall 50 celebrations.

OutCinema
